Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.
Drop Off Your Return
Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
